Warmth for Wake - March 13th

Warmth for Wake, a Wake County Human Services program, provides in-need households in and around Raleigh with free firewood from November through March. For many households, fireplaces and wood-burning stoves are the only sources of heat.

Volunteers (with pickup trucks, chainsaws and splitters, if possible) cut and split wood on site, deliver wood to recipients and, sometimes, collect wood from area donors. Volunteers need this form as permission to work. Here are our policies and directions to the lot. SIGN UP ASAP on the Key Club Bulletin Board!
